Dead Poets Open Mic, a community outreach program presented annually during Day of the Dead. Writers, artists and scholars gather to honor life and the return of departed loved ones and ancestral spirits.

Crucified River is a bilingual collection of poetry that depicts the movement and vicissitudes of life on the border. The ever-changing borderland serves as an inspiration to the author. The writing is the conscience and soul of the border.
